This position will also play an integral role in computer automation of inspection reports, applications, and records.
The Administrator will perform Director of Planning & Development tasks in his/her absence.
Requirements include :
High School graduate with two years post-highh school training in land use regulation, or three to five years zoning code enforcement or exposure, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Proficient use of computer equipment and software must be demonstrated through education or experience.
Benefits & Compensation This position is a full-time exempt position with a wage range between $35.
00 - $40.
49 hourly depending on qualifications.
