Summary:
This position supports the organization's reporting initiatives and supports the organization's data governance and data integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Be subject matter expert in all loan and deposit coding and coordinate appropriate training with supervisors of all departments.
Maintain appropriate levels of reporting in concentrations or areas of concern within the Bank's loan portfolio and distribute appropriately to management.
Be knowledgeable about Regulatory and Compliance Guidelines that affect Duties and Responsibilities of the department and the bank.
Work as a positive team player to work on goals of the department and of the bank.
Assist in preparing reporting packages and analysis to the organization's Board of Directors.
Work with supervisors of all departments on their ad hoc report requests to meet their needs.
Work with colleagues of departments that utilize certain software solutions to support their questions and use of the software.
Perform Loan Portfolio Analysis as requested.
Participate in a variety of the organization's committees (Abrigo Committee, Stress Testing Committee, etc.
).
Market Research on specific property types and geographic areas.

Desired Qualifications / Skills / Abilities of ENTERPRISE REPORTING ANALYST:
At least 4 - 6 years previous financial institution experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional degree and/or coursework in accounting/finance desirable.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Solid mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, percents, decimals).
Analytical skills Technical ability to write and maintain reports in report-writing software.
Technical ability to compile information in professional format to report to Senior Management and/ or Board of Directors.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Must be accountable and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential customer and Bank information.
General knowledge of Federal and State banking laws and regulations, as well as loan and deposit compliance, strongly preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
